I have a page that is used to display woocommerce products from a category. When editing this page, the WPSSO settings under the “Edit Schema” tab, there’s a section called “Creative Work Information” and under that shows a field called “Full Text.” This field is auto populated with a ton of text that I cannot find anywhere else on the site. I did not write this text.

I see under “Advanced Settings” for the plugin there are many options to set defaults for the “Creative Work” type. However, there is no option at all for “Full Text” within this type. I do see a setting called “Add Text Property” which is disabled by default, so I don’t think this is it.

Where is the “Full Text” field being pulled from?

    Thanks!

If the Add Text Property option is unchecked, then the ‘text’ property (https://schema.org/text) will not be added to the Schema markup.

I’ve updated the Full Text option help in the next version from:

The complete textual and searchable content for this creative work.

    To:

The complete textual and searchable content for this creative work. The default value is the post content with shortcodes and blocks expanded and HTML removed. You may hook the ‘wpsso_the_text’ filter to modify the default value.

    js.
