Creating grid as a post

When I created a grid titled “Our ten best shrimp recipes” to be used as a post and chose keyword shrimp as the way to sort the grid, the actual post that contains the grid shows up as the first item in the grid. I tried excluding the post specifically buy the URL and by the title. No luck.
