    Hello,

    I have been using your app for quite some time, and everything has always worked perfectly. However, I am now experiencing an issue: while I can create a backup, it does not show up in the interface. When I check the folder via FTP, the backups are there.

    I have already tried reinstalling your plugin, but unfortunately, this didn’t solve the problem.

    Could you please help me with this?

    Can you please check if this is a conflict with another plugin? Please disable all the plugins except for Duplicator and check if the issue gets resolved.

    Hey,

    thanks a lot for your help and sorry for my late answer. In the meantime I created a sub-domain to test the problem without other Plugins (I don’t like to do this on my live page). But on the new Sub-Domain, I can directly see the created Backups. As new I been reinstalling the WordPress by themselfes on my livepage, but this wasn’t helping aswell. Do you have any more ideas what can be the problem?

    The issue has been resolved by deleting Duplicator and reinstalling it again. I’m happy that we could help you resolve the issue.
