Create Whitelist

Can someone not take this and https://wordpress.org/plugins/bbpress2-shortcode-whitelist/ and make it work together?

Do SC on it’s own seems dangerous without some filtering precautions and the code clearly exists already… Just needs someone with a couple of hours and some coding skills.
