create separate meta description for each posts

Hello, I am using this plugin. I want to add meta decription to each wordpress posts which will use the title of each posts in the meta description. How can I do that in this plugin. For example in the SEO plugin, it allows to create meta description with words, also allows to select codes from the list which will use the selected code-text automatically. For example I wrote meta description which I will use only in single posts and created it on meta tag manager. Then the same meta description will be shown to all single posts, but I want meta description to include the title of each posts in each single meta description. Do you allow to add code to meta description content which will call the title of each post?
