The Members – Membership & User Role Editor plugin can help you manage roles and capabilities, but it doesn’t include a built-in option to hide specific admin menu items (like “WPBakery Page Builder”) for certain roles.
Whether you can control that via capabilities depends on how WPBakery registers its menu. If WPBakery uses a custom capability for its admin menu and exposes that in its documentation, then in theory you could remove that capability from the Editor role using Members. However, WPBakery doesn’t provide a dedicated integration with Members, and we don’t have a setting in our plugin specifically for hiding that menu.
I recommend contacting WP Bakery about that.
