Create a multi step form

    Hi

    I need to create a form like this:

    This is a multi step form with payment collection, Unique case creation, Account creation process.

    One form will have all the field. I also need a dashboard after filling all the info. On the Dashboard, users can see their submitted files, infos, payment, etc.

    How can I create such form using WordPress? Please guide me.
