    Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

I would like to inform you that caching might be one of the reasons for the scan being stuck on your site.

The can be stuck issue mostly arises because some hosting providers do not support crons on WordPress sites.
Can you please let me know the hosting provider that you have?

If it supports cron and still scan is being stuck then clearing cache will scan the site.
If not, this can be resolved after setting up a cron hosting provider.

Can you please raise a query through the plugin support form. Our technical team members will reach out to you for assistance.

    Thank you,
    miniOrange team
