Hi @fazanash94,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot!
It looks like the Coupon Data section is currently hidden. You can enable it by clicking on Screen Options at the top-right corner of the page and checking the Coupon Data box. Here’s a screenshot to guide you: https://snipboard.io/UaAB9v.jpg
Let me know if that brings it back!
I checked the option you mentioned and it has been checked https://prnt.sc/mP3l45cyY-7K
Hi @fazanash94,
That’s definitely unusual. Additionally also check the log tab for any fatal error and share those as well.

Hi @fazanash94 ,
Thank you so much for sharing those details—it really helps us get a clearer picture of what’s going on!
To start troubleshooting, I’d suggest temporarily removing the custom code or deactivating the
Notion Coupon Sync: by Fazanash – 1.0plugin you mentioned. Once that’s done, could you check if the coupon field shows up correctly on the checkout page? This will help us confirm if the plugin or code is causing a conflict with the coupon field visibility.I also took a look at the error log you sent, and it seems to point to an issue with the same plugin. There’s an error being thrown that might be related to the problem.
Please check and let us know!
before I started the threads, I have deactivated all the plugins, including the notion plugin
The issue still exist
Hello fazanash94,
Thank you for your reply.
Coupons are part of the WooCommerce core so I suspect something is interfering with the default WooCommerce functionality.
Did you make any other changes on the site apart from uploading your custom plugin?
Just in case, I suggest you upload the WooCommerce plugin via FTP overwriting all the existing files. Also, visit WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and check for any new errors.
Looking forward to your response. 🙂
Hey Zubair, please let me know. Is there a difference between uploading via FTP and installing directly via the WordPress dashboard?
Hi there,
Yes, there is a difference between uploading via FTP and installing directly via the WordPress dashboard.
- Uploading via FTP: This method allows you to manually upload the plugin files to your server, which can be useful if there are issues with the WordPress dashboard or if the plugin installation is incomplete. It also ensures that the plugin files are overwritten completely, which can sometimes resolve issues if there’s a file corruption or a failed update.
- Installing via WordPress dashboard: This is the more straightforward method, and it’s generally easier. The plugin gets automatically installed and activated directly from the dashboard. However, if you suspect a file issue, the FTP method could be a more thorough approach.
Since you’re having trouble with coupon settings not appearing, uploading WooCommerce via FTP may help resolve the issue by ensuring all plugin files are fresh and not corrupted.
I hope this helps. What about the current woo database, will it be overwritten too and lost?
Hi @fazanash94,
Your database will remain unaffected. However, to be on the safe side, it’s best to take a full backup of your site before proceeding. Once that’s done, you can go ahead and deactivate and delete the WooCommerce plugin.
After that, download the latest version of WooCommerce directly from WordPress.org and upload it to your site via FTP. Once uploaded, log into your WordPress dashboard and activate the plugin. This process will overwrite the previous plugin files but leave your database and data untouched.
If you’d prefer to test things out first, it’s a good idea to try this process on a staging site before applying it to your live site.
Oke, its a good idea to test on my staging. Thanks
I will update you again after I get the result
Hey, I uploaded successfully using FTP, but coupon setting feature is still missing
Hi @fazanash94,
That still seems quite unusual. To further isolate the issue, let’s try this approach instead. Create a subdomain on your server and set up a fresh WordPress site there. Install only WooCommerce and ensure that the theme is set to Storefront. Then, check if the coupon appears.
If it does, proceed by installing the plugins from your live site one by one on the fresh installation, and let me know which plugin causes the setting to disappear.
Please make sure to do this on a completely fresh WordPress installation, not on the staging or live site and after installing each plugin, please reload the coupon settings page to check if it still appears or not.
