counter not working

    Dear Support,

    The counter element is working on the back-end, but not on the live page.

    I have cleared cache and disabled caching plugins.

    How to fix this?

    I just checked your site, it looks like your countdown widget is working again. Is it all fixed? Or are you still seeing the issue on your end?
