Actually it is correct, there are only 2 FULL years between those two dates – 2 years and about 349 days – you just don’t see the number of days.

same thing happen in months. if today was Oct 26, 2013 and your milestone was Dec 25, 2013 you would see 1 month, if your milestone date was Dec 27 you would see 2 months (not suer what you would get on if the milestone date was dec 25th I didn’t test that one)
