You mentioned there’s an image, but I don’t see one. Could you please try uploading it again? Seeing a visual can really help us understand what you’re experiencing! Additionally, if you have an example of what you expected to receive versus what you actually received, that would be incredibly helpful.
It will also help to know if this happens consistently with a specific form, or has it occurred on multiple different forms?

This is the preferred pose for photos! SCREENSHOTS CANNOT BE USED. Take photos indoors, without bright light in your eyes.
I should be getting data for each field but instead I’m getting the content of the form page, including the shortcodes of the form itself. This is happened twice now, once each on two forms.

From what you’ve described, it looks like the form submission isn’t being processed correctly. Instead of the actual form data, you’re receiving the content of the form page itself, including the shortcode.
To help us narrow some things down a bit, can you please try:
- Updating all plugins: Especially Jetpack, which should be at version 14.7 as of today. Updates often resolve bugs that can affect form behavior.
- Use the Jetpack Form block: If you’re using the Jetpack Form Shortcode, try using the Jetpack Form block instead.

Hi, it hasn’t happened again and hopefully won’t. I updated everything as advised. I don’t use blocks as I find them a total nuisance. Thanks for your help.
