CookieAdminPRO scan for cookie error

    I have a wordpress blog site, and have CookieAdmin Pro. I am running the scan for cookies but I run into the following error.

    “Network error: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 55001 miliseconds with 0 bytes received.”

    What does this mean? What can I do about this?
    I am running alt-php84.
