cookie from Advanced Ads bypassing cache

    Hi team,

    We discovered that WP Advanced Ads is setting a cookie now on all pages which is causing issues with our full page caching over at Cloudflare.

    set-cookie
    	advanced_ads_visitor=deleted; expires=Thu, 01-Jan-1970 00:00:01 GMT; Max-Age=0; path=/

    Can this be disabled?
