Convert entire image library

    Is there a suggested way to update your entire image library to webp or AVIF? Can I setup the plugin to auto convert as the format desired and then upload my entire image library into the site again?

    Would that work?

    regenerate all of your images. that should do it. use this wp-cli command and make easy work of it:

    wp media regenerate --yes
