Continuous user has left the chat

    I cannot get the bot working. I get a continuous loop of messages saying the user has left the chat and the bot doesn’t respond to questions. I set an agent up in a similar way and that works fine, but agents aren’t included in the free plan so I will lose it after a week. What am I doing wrong with the bot?

    My chat flow has just one step in it, an AI Response which I believe is correctly set up.
