Hi @daveprogrammingartscom
Can you provide a screenshot where you changed the site configuration? You want to make sure that you changed the domain entry, not the site url entry.
Usually when updating the domain entry, you have to get approval from the GPay API team again. I suspect you changed the site url and not the actual domain.
Kind Regards
Thank you. What’s the best way to share the screen shots?
Hi – See below URL for screen shots. Thx you!

Hi @daveprogrammingartscom
Thank you for the screenshots. I believe the issue is that you are using a capital “B” for your domain name when it should be lowercase in the GPay console settings.
Try making that lowercase for both the “www” and non www instances and see if that resolves your issue.
Kind Regards
Thank you very much. That worked and got us through that error. We are encountering a new error in the next screen; “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-IBIDL-01]”
We understand this is something to do with gPay configuration.
Should the bank configuration be to our bank (and bypass Stripe)? Or should we push Gpay to Stripe?
Hi @daveprogrammingartscom
Where in the GPay wallet steps are you encountering that error? I tested your site and the GPay wallet opened successfully.
Kind Regards
It’s on the final payment screen (name, payment method, shipping method, address, etc). Occurs when the user clicks the ‘Pay’ button. The spinning circle comes up for a few seconds and the error message appears below the ‘Pay’ button
GPay worked for me on your product pages, cart page, and checkout page. I am unable to replicate the error you’re reporting.
What browser are you testing with?
Desktop Chrome. MacOS Monterey
@daveprogrammingartscom It’s still working perfectly on my end when testing GPay using chrome and macOS Monterey.
It is working and the problem was my own GPay configuration (I was using to test). Really appreciate your help! Thank you Mr Clayton!
Do you have a tipjar or other payment link to thank you?
