Content /Section wrapper width

    I am using Ocean WP theme. and the content width for the theme is 1170 full width.
    When I work on full width pages using elementor its fine.
    But when I use elementor with 2 side bars, it doesn’t use the default width of (20/60/20) 60 being about 702 pixels, (and 20 being the side bar areas) and instead makes the central content area about 400. I have checked the global settings, regenerated CSS, emptied browser cache but nothing works. Can someone help please?
