Hello I made a custom post type called scooter. I made a carousel on the home page and it shows all the post of this type really fine.

I cannot include the carousel inside a custom type post because the web crashes. It is because the query enter on a loop or something else probably because the post is calling himself on the query.

Hi.

I can’t really say what your issue might be without seeing the code you’ve used on your custom post type template.

Make sure you are using wp_reset_query() – would be my first thought though.

It happens on every post that has been edited by elementor.

I’m still testing, if I embed a post grid, the carousel fails again. For example, in the home I have a carousel, and a post have a grid inside, so the button link fails to this post.

It is possible that elementor also uses the owl carousel jQuery plugin. It is also possible that the way they initialize the carousel could cause issues with this plugin. Well I do my best to ensure compatibility there are some things beyond my control.

Well it is not related to elementor at all, if I embed a carousel shortcode on a post with wordpress editor, it breaks also.

Try to do a carousel of posts, and embed the same carousel inside those posts.

I don’t understand. I clicked on your link, and don’t see a carousel. But it sounds like you’re saying, you want a carousel that contains the same post within the carousel?

Yes, the carousel list all posts, and it must be in the homepage and every post. I discarded the carousel and I went for the post grid option.

Ok… well I tested as you describe, and it works fine for me.

I put a carousel on a page, then one of the links opens to have the same carousel on that page.
