Hello @dhanf,
Thank you for contacting Themeum support. I hope you are doing well.
Based on WordPress support guidelines we are not allowed to offer support for pro plugin features in here so kindly write to https://www.themeum.com/support/. We will then follow up accordingly.
If you are using a 3rd party custom theme that uses a customized version of Tutor LMS then you can reach out to their support to discuss their theme issues.
Great, except that your online support request at that location yields an error: error : – Invalid request
Fix your form.
Dear @curtisbingham
We apologize for the issue you’re experiencing. It appears to be a website-specific problem and to properly diagnose and resolve it, we would need to thoroughly inspect your website. Please reach out to us at https://www.themeum.com/support/ for assistance.
It is your form on https://www.themeum.com/support/ that is the problem. It has nothing to do with my website, therefore you’ll NOT need to inspect my website. It fails in Chrome on MacOS in both standard and incognito mode. It fails in Safari as well. It fails with AdGuard on and off.
Have you noticed a dropoff in people submitting support requests? It is because your form is broken.
Dear @curtisbingham
We are very sorry for the issue. The issue has been solved, please try again.
Thank you.
