I just tested the form you provided and everything went well. My first set of data was blocked and my second set was allowed while the website said “thank you”.
Please, mark records in your Anti-Spam Log if our service made the wrong decision:
• Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] → choose your website in the drop-down menu → there are buttons “Spam” and “Not Spam” under every record → mark records using these buttons.

You’re right, the web form issue does occur, but only when the request is blocked by our plugin. All allowed requests are processed correctly and redirect the user to the thank you page.
Could you please tell us which plugin is used for the web form? We’d like to test it.
