To check whether Moesia theme is blocking your contact form from sending the message, try temporarily switching to one of default WordPress themes like Twenty Twenty-One and running your test. Before doing so, enable troubleshooting mode (to make the test runs in private mode) with the help of this Troubleshooting plugin.

I have installed the Troubleshooting plugin and appears to have changed the Theme to Twenty Twenty, what do I need to do now please?

Try sending a message with the form while default theme is active in troubleshooting mode. Please let me know whether the form works fine with it or not.

That indicates our theme doesn’t cause you this trouble. Perhaps it is with your contact form plugin? You may want to use another plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/contact+form/.
