Contact form arrow spinning

Hello
I created a contact form in the default website’s language and it works fine.
In order to translate it I’ve duplicated the contact form and translated the messages in the two other languages.
In the end I’ve created a new page for each language and inserted the respective contact forms.
The form in the original language works fine but the other two display an arrow spinning forever once you hit submit button.
Can you help me with this issue?
