Contact Form 7 (Approve a submitted form back to user after checked and confirm)

I am using contact form 7 for contact form and also application form. I would like to ask is there any method allow me to approve a form after a user has submitted it.
For my case, after a user has submitted a form, I need to approve or confirm the data after checking all the details. By approving, it means that sending back a custom confirmation email back to the user.
I know there is an auto respond mail send back to user, but then that is not suited in my case because i need to check the details first.
An example of form would be an online booking form.
