• Hello,
I use you plugin Next Gen Gallery. However, when I installed the RankMath plugin for SEO optimization, RankMath cannot be saved and reports an error:

    TypeError thrown

call_user_func_array (): Argument # 1 ($ callback) must be a valid callback, function “wp_print_media_templates” not found or invalid function name

According to RankMath programmers, this causes a conflict with your NextGen Gallery plugin and they cannot resolve it. Can I ask you for help with this issue?

    Thank you very much

    Vitezslav

    Posting here for everyone else.

Our developers have confirmed this one to be a legit conflict that’s going to be resolved in the upcoming NGG update.

    Hi @vitezslav69

Just a heads-up that yesterday, we’ve released NGG 3.26 that should fix the issue.

Could you please give it another try?

    Hi,
I updated NG, but the problem remains the same. Error message when you try to open RankMath:

    TypeError thrown

call_user_func_array (): Argument # 1 ($ callback) must be a valid callback, function “wp_print_media_templates” not found or invalid function name

    Hello,
it’s been three months since I reported a conflict with the Rank Math plugin to you and the problem is still not resolved. I still can’t use Rank Math and their developers claim that NEXT Gen Gallery is causing it. Is it possible to solve it somehow?

I’m having the same problem. This is urgent!
