Conflict with a cache plugin/Critical error
-
Hello,
I am in the process of fixing my site up (it is currently in maintenance mode so I don’t have a link to my site to provide) and I noticed that there is a conflict between the Points and Rewards for WooCommerce plugin and another plugin im using called: LiteSpeed Cache. The issue im having is when I navigate to the My Account area of my website and click on the My Points tab and then try to view the points log table, I am sent to a broken page of my website and there is an error message within the points log table(the “Check Number of Points Earned by Referring Others” tab) that says “there has been a critical error on this website”.
I deactivated all plugins on my website to test which one was causing the issue and once I deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, clicking on the points log table no longer sent me to a broken page of my site, however, when I go into the points log table from the My Account page the tab for “Check Number of Points Earned by Referring Others” does not contain a list of points earned for referring people, it is empty, the other tabs like “Points Applied On Cart” etc. have a record of points listed.
I checked the fatal errors log on my site and part of it says “plugins/points-and-rewards-for-woocommerce/public/partials/wps-wpr-points-log-template.php:1332″. And when I viewed line 1332 part of it says ” if ( count( $value[‘refered_user’] ) > 0 ) { “. I’m not sure what to do about any of this, all I know is being sent to a broken page when I click on the points log table is fixed when I deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache plugin but this doesn’t seem to be just a plugin conflict because even with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin deactivated, the record of points earned from referrals isn’t showing up in the log table in the My Account area.
I would appreciate any advice on what I can do to fix this issue without having to deactivate the LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Thanks in advance. (I’ve tried to attach a screenshot below but im not sure if it works and I also have tried to include a link to the screenshot from a image sharing site)
