Sorry, I forgot to mention the versions used: Yoast version 26.8 and Jetpack version 15.4, both are up to date
Hi @aurelierm,
Thanks for reaching out about this behavior and for sharing the details so far. It does sound like there may be some kind of conflict involved here.
To help us fully understand and identify the issue, could you please share your site URL? That would allow us to check the Jetpack connection and setup from our side.
It would also help if you could outline the exact steps to reproduce the issue. For example:
- Which pages are affected besides the WooCommerce order page?
- What actions trigger the breakage?
You may also want to contact your hosting provider and ask them to review the server logs right after you reproduce the error, as those logs can sometimes provide useful clues.
I tested Jetpack 15.4 together with Yoast 26.8 on a test site and wasn’t able to reproduce the issue, so having more details will really help us narrow this down.
That said, since this forum is public and we’re asking for quite a bit of information, you’re very welcome to use our contact form instead and reference this forum thread in your message. We can then continue the investigation privately: [Contact Form]
Looking forward to your reply so we can help you further!
