Confirmation page

The sentences I particularly want to get rid of are: “Thank you for your membership to One Home Planet. Your Free membership is now active,” and “A welcome email has been sent to …” I went into the email templates but could not find these sentences.

“Thank you for your membership to One Home Planet. Your Free membership is now active” was written by me but I cannot find where anymore. “A welcome email has been sent to [subscriber’s email]” seems to be a default message but I cannot find it in the relevant email templates for my use case.

Can I send you a temporary admin password (to a safe place)? I doubt any plugin would write sentences on its own.
