Condition filter not working

My client has got the premium version of the plugin.

I have used to set 5 fields (4 required, 1optional) which would show up only one 1 Product category (done using Filter)

But when I go to see the products on other category, table is hidden using CSS. But the fields are still loading. And I cannot click on buy now since some of the fields are required (but hidden using CSS)

In a nutshell, the form should appear here:

Also, when I made the additional visible by modifying the CSS< and filled the data and clicked on Buy now. The product which should be filtered out, shows up with all the form data.

This should also not happen.. These extra fields should show only on the Products which meet the filter criteria.

After replacing these files via FTP, please perform a hard refresh (CTRL + SHIFT + R) and then test the functionality. Let me know the outcome.

Note: We recommend testing the patch on your staging site first. Once everything is working as expected, you can apply the changes to your live site.
