Completely Misleading “Migration” Tool + Creepy Support Experience

If i could i would put 0 starts, I’m honestly shocked at how this plugin is still recommended. All-in-One WP Migration creates .wpress backup files that only their own plugin can open, which already locks you in. But the worst part? When you actually try to RESTORE the backup you made, you find out it’s paywalled. A migration/backup plugin that charges you to restore your own backup is ridiculous.

I only needed to move ONE site from one host to another. Instead, the plugin demanded I buy their paid plan and the lowest tier is $69 for 50 sites for one year. Why is there no 1-site option? Why am I forced to pay for “50 sites” when I only need it ONCE? It feels intentionally designed to trap users.

Support was no better. Rude, unhelpful, and honestly a bit unsettling. While typing a message (NOT sent yet), I wrote: “I will be writing an honest bad review about this.” Before I even pressed send, the agent replied with: “You are free to write a bad review.”
That means they (unless it was pure luck) could see my messages before I sent them, which felt like an invasion of privacy and was the final red flag for me.

Overall this plugin wasted my time, blocked my migration, tried to force an upsell, and left me uncomfortable with their support behaviour. There are far better, more transparent, and more ethical migration tools out there. I won’t be using this again.
