There is update available for Elementor to version 3.30.2. There is issue in site it not change my currency to GBP. There is two currency in site USD and GBP..When i select GBP it still shows dollar price. It is happening because of Elementor update?. because there is no update available for FOX currency plugin.

Also it shows that Some of the plugins you’re using have not been tested with the latest version of Elementor (3.30.0). Below two plugin are compatible with Elemntor latest version? After update it gives me some issue?

    Hello @sunofar

Thank you for reaching out. I’m Richard from the Elementor Team, and I hope you are doing well. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing.

Out of the box, Elementor updates do not change (or have the capability to change) any shop/WooCommerce currency settings. Please reach out to the developers of the FOX currency plugin.

Please note that this is a regular, automatic function Elementor provides when updates come out, when a plugin hasn’t been tested. It detects other installed plugins and merely serves as a notice to inform users; it does not mean they will no longer work or be incompatible. In most cases they will, and if not, it is recommended to reach out to the developers.

As with any plugin or theme developer in the WordPress eco-system, we are unfortunately unable to test Elementor with all plugins before each new release.

If there’s anything else we can help you with, please feel free to let us know!

    Kind regards,
    Richard

    Hi there,

Thank you so much for reaching out to me again.

The best solution in this case would be to get in touch directly with the Fox Currency Switcher support team — they’ll be able to guide you step by step on how to resolve this issue and where exactly to adjust the settings.

If you need any help communicating with them or if you’d like me to check something else on my side, please feel free to let me know.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind regards,

Try rolling back Elementor to the previous stable version and check if GBP works again. Also, verify if FunnelKit and Ultimate Addons are updated—if not, consider disabling them temporarily to isolate the cause.

Hello, Thank you for your support. but the issue is still there.

    Hi

    Thank you for contacting us.

Elementor itself does not control currency settings for WooCommerce or your shop. These are handled by your currency switcher plugin — in this case, FOX Currency Switcher.

That said, if their team suggested disabling AJAX pagination, this likely means their plugin uses URL-based reloading or server-side rendering, which may not work well with dynamic (AJAX) content loads.

To disable pagination on Elementor product widget:

    1. Edit the Product or Shop Page with Elementor.
    2. Select the Products widget or any listing widget being used.
    3. Go to the Pagination section.
    4. Switch the Pagination to no;
    5. Save and update the page.

If you’re using a Theme Builder Archive template, follow the same steps in the template editor. Recommendations:

Backup your site before any updates.

Test on a staging site, if available.

If you are a Pro user and need further assistance, please open a support ticket via Elementor account.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
