compatible mode?

Hello dear, thanks for the plugin.

I like me suggest a compatible mode, because there is a lot of plugins using “tab” shortcode and then I no can use Tabsy with this plugins, for example in Ultimate Shortcodes I can use a prefix for compatibility (myprefix-tab)

Another question, a lot of plugins for TABS not works with Windows 8 phone, do you think Tabsy is compatible?
