Hello,

We use your plugin and also Elementor page builder to created page content and products description.
We faced the following issue: if Elementor is enabled and product description is created using Elementor http://prntscr.com/w0gff3 we get the first product description instead of the vendor description at the Vendor tab http://prntscr.com/w0gfu2 and on the vendor’s page http://prntscr.com/w0gboj

Could you, please, take a look at this issue and fix it?

Hi @8themes, thanks for letting us know.

We are already working on the compatibility of elementor with WCMp. Once that fix will be added (version 3.6), your issue should be resolved also.

Meanwhile, we found one more issue on the single product for the More Offers tab http://prntscr.com/w3we6v Rating does not display stars but the code http://prntscr.com/w3wfo2
Would you be able to take a look at this issue too?

We have tested it at our end and we have not found any issue as you can see here (https://prnt.sc/w4ppye).

Kindly update to WCMp latest version 3.5.15 and check it at your end.

We have updated plugin but still the same problem https://gyazo.com/df69ab9b53be19a63488d3aba3a448d0
It’s a fresh localhost installation with the Storefront theme, 2 vendors and 1 rating for every vendor.

I have the same issue even after update to 3.5.15 regarding to this request -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/esc_html-wc_get_rating_html/#post-13797556

I should not buy your pro version because I am fully ok with free one. Please, fix the issue with rating because, I have tested with storefront and had the same ISSUE as @8themes sent you via gif.

Waiting for a fix asap !!!

Hi @stas0238

As mentioned above we have already fixed few elementor related compatibility issues. Regarding the initial response, yes it’s already in our to do list for the version 3.6

Having said that, to make the process fast- may I request you to please share the video producing the same error. So that we could quickly check from our end as well and try fixing before time.
