    Hi,

All was well until about a week ago (sorry, I can’t tie it down to a specific event like a plugin update). Now, when I am logged in as Admin, most content on my home page is not showing – just a few headings. The page, built with Site Origin Page Builder contains Visual Elements and Site Origin Heros. However it does show correctly when I am logged out or in an incognito / private window. I have cleared all caches. When I deactivate the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget plugin, the page shows okay as Admin, but, as expected, I cannot make any edits to the Visual Elements due to the missing plugin.

Any ideas so I can continue to make edits to this page please?

    Thanks,

    James

    Hello @james-feaver,
please could you try the latest version of the plugin (2.7.0)?
It added compatibility with the new Block-based Widgets Editor introduced in WordPress 5.8, even if I am not sure that it could be the source of the problem.
If you’re still experiencing the same issue, please could you go through our troubleshooting guide (included in our FAQ) and provide additional information?
