Yes, I can confirm the plugin works with the latest version of WordPress. It is always tested on the latest version available.
Please check the plugin settings again and consider temporarily disabling other plugins to make sure there isn’t a conflict occurring somewhere.
How can we have this work SITE WIDE , not just TITLE, CONTENT, i mean any word I choose to be obscured SITE WIDE from anywhere ?
The plugin filters title, excerpt, content, comments etc.
What other site content do you need filtering?
Browser TITLES, Custom Fields, the whole lot that any theme can insert into the database,, SITE WIDE
Custom post types should be filtered by default. And browser titles are filtered in the pro version.
As for custom content that themes or other plugins insert it’s difficult to anticipate these as they may not be filterable. Depends how they’ve been implemented.
If you have specific content that’s not being filtered I can discuss further with you to see if there is a way to get this filtered too.
There’s no simple ‘switch’ to turn on sitewide filtering for everything. It doesn’t work like that.
