Compatibility with Genesis Simple Sidebars

    Hello,

    Great job with the plugin! Thank you for sharing its awesome functionality!

    I have a strange problem with Genesis Simple Sidebar plugin that stops displaying my custom sidebar if I use form shortcode in the content. Could you please advise how this can be fixed?

    P.S. Little update: this only happens on pages that use custom fields group in the shortcode. With default form the sidebar is swapped normally.

    Hi Oksana, glad you like the plugin!

    To confirm, the Genesis Simple Sidebar plugin stops working when you are viewing a page with the [zendesk_request_form] shortcode in the content? Or are you using the shortcode within a widget in that plugin?

    I can’t think of anything obvious which would break that, however we can run some test to check if there are any issues. I just wanted to check I understood fully before doing that.
