• We have had a number of order errors in the last few months where we have had to do partial refunds.

    Everything from multiple credit card fees being added, to ghost discounts. Customers use both express checkout and regular checkout via Stripe – some are fine, some are not. There is no pattern, except all the orders are for Tickets through Event Tickets Pro.

    I saw the latest update released March 10 addressed issues with block checkout, which we use. We are going to update and hope this addresses our issues, but wanted to ask if anyone else had success using this with Event Tickets Pro?

    We recommend updating the plugin to the latest version, as the recent update released on March 10 includes fixes related to block checkout. Once you have updated, please monitor the orders and let us know if you still experience any issues.
