    We can’t seem to get the plugin to work with Akismet or Google Recaptcha. When trying to submit a form it shows the error below when either Akismet or Google Recaptcha are switched on, but when deselecting the “Send to Webhook” option the form submits without issue. Is there something we need to do to make your plugin compatible with either of these antispam solutions? Thanks

    Hey! How are you?

    I have Akismet and reCAPTCHA activated at my own website and it’s working.

    Would you mind to try:

    • Check with a webhook.site webhook.
    • Look for a mail with more details of the error.
    • Deactivate any other plugin.

    Hi Mario, thanks for your reply.

    I just tested using webhook.site and the form submits correctly and data is received by the web hook – no errors. But when reverting back to the Zapier web hook link we are still encountering the same issue: form does not submit and shows “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” Although data is being received by both Zapier and CF7 to email in this case.

    I also tested this with all plugins switched off (other than Akismet and the plugins we need to use CF7) and the issue continues. I also tested this on another website and experienced the same issue.

    Although data is being received by both Zapier and CF7 to email in this case.

    Maybe Zapier is returning a invalid HTTP code.

    Would you please check this?

    And no error mail with more details?

    Hi Mario – everything seems to be working now. We believe it was the way we had configured Akismet that was the issue, not your plugin. Thanks for your help 🙂
