Hi
Thanks for reaching out.
Can you check if you have set the discount to be calculated from the Sale price.
You can change it from the settings: Discount rules -> Settings -> Sale Price -> save the settings.
Let us know if that helps!
Thanks

Unfortunately that didn’t solve the problem.
Here is a screenshot to give you a better idea of what is going on.
1 Book Price = $26
1 Book Price + Signature Addon Option = $26 + $25 totaling $51
Woo Discount Rule Setting:
3 – 4 Book Price = $24
Currently it is taking the $26 + $25 with signature required and turning it into $24 per book, but what I need it to do is only change the book price to $24 dollar each and still include the $25 each for the addon. Hopefully that makes sense.
Desired Functionality:
The total for 4 books should be
Book Price: $24 * 4 = $96 + Signature Required Addon $25 * 4 = 100 totaling $196
Current Functionality
$51 discounted to $24 dollars each and the order total is $96.
Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the detailed reply.
Would it be possible to open a ticket providing a screenshot of the rule configuration and URL of the site so that one of our support engineers will help you in resolving the issue.

Could you please let me know if this issue was resolved? I am using another plugin for custom addons and it also will not work with discount rules. I would purchase your plugin to replace it if I knew it would work.
