I am having the exact same problem if you have any headway on this issue please let me know. I might be able to get in to contact with the theme developer and check to see what is going on.

I am having trouble with comments not showing up on a page post. They used to be there but aren’t anymore.

I am using the Arras theme.
The comments say the section is closed. The ‘Allow Comments’ & ‘allow trackbacks on this page’ options are checked so the comment form should be displayed and all the previous comments that have been posted should also be displayed.
The comments do exist in the database.
How can I resolve this issue?
Where should I be looking to figure out how the code is or isn’t accessing the database?
Any other thoughts?
