Comments Not Importing

I am struggling to import some comments/reviews into a WooCommerce site using Ultimate CSV Importer.

The error I am seeing is on every row, “Skipped, Due to unknown Post ID”

It shouldn’t need a Post ID as these are new posts to be inserted, not updated.

My CSV has the following headings and mappings:
stars = comment_rating
Approved = comment_approved
Parent Post ID = comment_parent
product_name = <not mapped>
content = comment_content
consumer_name = comment_author
Date = comment_date

Any ideas?

The error message “Skipped, Due to unknown Post ID” indicates that the importer is attempting to associate the comments/reviews with a product that hasn’t been created or doesn’t yet exist in the database.

To resolve this, please make sure to import the products first. Once the products are successfully created and their Post IDs (product IDs) are available, you can then import the reviews and associate them with the correct product using those IDs.

Thanks for the response.

I thought the same, but the products are already in and I have double checked the ID.

I actually did an export of current reviews to get the correct data for the fields (except the actual review of course), and I have used that Post ID.
