Our wordpress site uses a neve child theme. Neve is uptodate.

Users are able to post comments but those comments (after being approved) are not displayed on the article page. However, we can see on top of the page there are 2 comments posted.

How can I display the comments please?

Hi,

The comments should show up without doing anything extra. The first thing to do to troubleshoot this is to see if the same issue can be replicated on your site, when Neve is activated ( instead of the child theme ), without any other plugin activated.

Hello,

Thanks for these details. The issue was indeed not linked to Neve but to another plugin which was doing some wrong SQL on comments, causing them not to print.
