i forget to enable comments in page…sorry *red face*
but i have more questions:
this plugin in german avaible?
i tested the star rating a few times.
if i have a rating 4.8 but it shows only 3 and a half stars???
is that a bug?
Hello,
Sorry for late reply.
Yes, in order to enable comments, you should allow to leave comments per page (if they are disabled).
This plugin is not available in German, however contribution is more then welcome – https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/anycomment/stable/de/default
Once 95% of strings translated, DE translations will be broadcasted to all German websites.
About stars, I don’t think its a bug, you can go to Rating section in admin and get average of stars there and compare what you have on client side.

On the left sidebar you should see sub menus. One of them should be “Rating”.

SETTINGS -> Post Ratings -> Stars
and
ANYCOMMENT
in the post rating -> general -> stars settings i see the rating satrs which i can choose.
and now?

Hi,
If you log in to your admin panel and then go to http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=anycomment-rating you should see list of ratings.
You can see detailed information about rating per post and then count the average and see if it matches what is displayed on the client side.
yes and i know.
but i told you, i have a now a average rating from 4.9
9 times 5 stars and 1 time 4 stars = 4.9
and it shows on website 3 and a half star???
but actually I should have 5 stars or 4 and a half or 5 stars in summary….or not??
here a screenshot

Hmm, strange.
I was trying to reproduce the problem but it seems like it all works just fine.
I rated 3 times, here are the results:
5, 5, 3 = 4.3
5, 5, 4 = 4.7
The math is fine here.
If you are still having troubles you can send database login details to [email protected] and I would look at this and solve your issue.
I believe you have more ratings from other people that you did not notice and this is the reason why it is lower then you expect.
9 times 5 stars and 1 time 4 stars = 4.9
Btw, on the screenshot it says it was rated 11 times, but you say about 10.
