Comments and Posts on Profiles = 0

    Hello,

    Counts of Comments and Posts on Profiles are ‘0’. There are plenty of them made but on every profile Comments 0 and Posts 0. Why?

    When I click on them, I got Sorry, no posts found! or Sorry, no comments found !

    why don’t you use the premium support forum?!

    I do but they have a lot of work already. Upgrade from Youzer takes almost 1 week already. My question is not related to premium.

    Please note that these statistics are for blog posts and comments and not for activity posts and comments.

    This is confusing for our students (and us). They have tons of comments and posts in groups but their counts are 0 on profiles. We do not have blogs. Yousify is a social network and not a blog (as I understand). It would make more sense to have these counts from Buddypress and not from WP blogs otherwise they could be better hidden (to prevent confusion).

    Example: On headers of groups are Post counts = number of posts in the group. It is clear:)

    As I understand now, myCred will not calculate (work with Youzify comments) points for comments posted in Youzify Groups?

    Hello @piska,

    Thanks for your reply!

    When we started Youzify(Youzer) we were not supporting BuddyPress at that time that’s why we used them for blog posts and comments and we kept it that way since then, But we will consider changing that soon.

    Please open another ticket inside the premium support ticket and send me the ticket ID here and i will send you a snippet code to fix that as the support we provide here is limited.
