Hello,
You are using the custom elementor template for the page. OceanWP doesn’t control it. It is not a theme issue and you can check it by switching the theme to the default theme like Twenty-Twenty. It is definitely an Elementor issue. Have you reached the Elementor support about it?
Hi Amit,
thanks very much for your reply!
I have contacted Elementor and am awaiting their reply. It’s strange that Elementor would cause this as I have no problems whatsoever with other aspects of the site functionality.
Once I have had them look into it, I’ll give an update.
Thanks again Amit!
Hi Amit,
I heard back from Elementor. It was indeed an issue with them.
The problem was that I hadn’t added the comments widget in the single post template I am using.
But I could add it now and the problem is solved.
Thanks again for looking into this for me.

Hi!
I have been trying to fix this for days without success adding the comments section under my posts. I have pretty much tried everything now.
– Enabling comments from Settings > Discussion.
– Allow people to post comments on new articles is checked
– Comment must be manually approved is unchecked
– Automatically close comments on articles older than X days is also unchecked
– Making sure the “Allow Comments” in the meta box for every post is checked.
– Comments ticked under screen options on posts page
– I also temporarily disabled all plug-ins.
I remember when I started building the page that I had the comments section disabled, but now all discussion settings are as they should be.
Any help would be really appreciated! Happy Easter!
