Combining 2 WordPress Themes?

“Easy” is an subjective term, and it depends on the themes and what you are trying to move from one to another. In general, you can often customize one site to incorporate the styles or elements from another – but that requires some knowledge of HTML, CSS and sometimes PHP and WP code. Both of the themes you linked to are commercial themes – and those are not supported here, so you may need to ask the developers of those themes for further help, any relevant copyrights, and/or other information.
