@grizna please select orders first then you will find an option to combine selected orders. Usually it appears in both cases.

Check the screenshot… two orders have been selected, but no combine option appears in dropdown manu
It is appearing in both cases on our demo site here you can see. Make sure you have the latest version of plugin. For further assistance you can put a query to test it on our demo site.
