COLUMN BLOCK ON SCROLL

Hi, I wanted to ask if anyone knew of a plugin that allows you to block the scrolling of a column. Let me explain: I would like to create a page (with Elementor or WPBakery) divided into two main columns and I would like that if, for example, I position the mouse on the first column and scroll down the page, it scrolls only that column while the other remains stationary. Is it possible somehow?
