• I tried to save an existing Elementor post inside the page builder and received the following error:

Failed to insert link: Table ‘Tenant_sdiwp.wp_2_iawmlf_link_archive’ doesn’t exist

‘Tenant’ is a placeholder for my hosting username.

I have disabled the plugin , clicked Save again and the post was updated correctly.

    Additional info:

    • The page I’ve edited was a regular post, not a template or a popup.
    • Multisite install. I have network-disabled the plugin using a separate tab, then clicked Save in the original tab without navigating to any other page in that tab.
    • Internet Archive Wayback Machine Link Fixer version 1.3.3
    • Elementor Core Version 3.30.3
    • Elementor Pro Version 3.30.1
    • WordPress version 6.8.3
    • PHP version 8.2.29

As a content curator who links to A LOT of external content, this plugin is a godsend for me – with the plugin, my evergreen posts can remain evergreen. Please don’t let that technical obstacle stop you.

Let me know if I can provide additional info.

Update: editing a post in the regular WordPress block editor works completely fine. I’ve network-enabled the plugin, edited an existing post, clicked Save, got a message that the post was updated, then double checked by navigating to the actual post in the Front-end. Now I’ve network-disabled the plugin again.

    Hi @gilad404,

Thank you for the additional info, that is very useful! We will work on improving Elementor support and we are currently working on better multisite support as well.

We found your email address on the contact page on your website… would you be willing to beta test future releases that improve multisite and Elementor support if we reach out to you via email?

    Thank you!

I’m willing to contribute, but I am no developer and I don’t have any staging, local or backup site to try beta releases on.

Auto Update is turned off for this plugin right now – I can recheck for issues when the next STABLE release comes out. If you prefer receiving issues about stable releases by Email, go ahead and contact me there.

I can also able to keep following this thread for updates related specifically to Elementor compatibility.
