Hi @defries everything has been triple checked and cache cleared, multiple browsers and devices its not an issue on our end. And if other users like are experiencing the same thing then it must be a plugin bug issue.
Is there no other way to get support from Cloudflare on this problem?

What happens when the Cloudflare plugin is the only plugin active, can you connect then?
It didnt work either.
but ive fixed it by creating a custom token which worked not using the global api
